Aetna Navigator is Aetna's self-service website for members. After a simple registration process, you can utilize Aetna Navigator for health and benefits information specific to your plan, self-service features, interactive tools – and much more.
Aetna Navigator is your gateway to the following online tools:
DocFind®, Aetna's online provider directory. Updated three times a week, DocFind gives you the most recent information on Aetna's network of doctors, hospitals, dentists, pharmacies and other providers. You can search for a network doctor in your area and learn about his or her credentials and practice, including education, board certification, languages spoken, office location and hours, and parking and handicapped access. A custom DocFind database has been created specifically for Northrop Grumman employees.
Aetna InteliHealth®, Aetna's award-winning health website. InteliHealth offers health information you can trust, developed by Harvard Medical School and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. With InteliHealth, you can search a wide variety of topics, from specific health conditions and their treatment to the latest developments in disease prevention, wellness and fitness.
Healthwise® Knowledgebase, an innovative decision-support tool on Aetna Navigator, provides information on thousands of health-related topics to help you make better decisions about health care and treatment options.
Price-A-Medical ProcedureSM, is an online Aetna Navigator tool that shows how network provider fees compare to non-network fees for certain medical services and procedures.
Price-A-DrugSM, available on Aetna Navigator, gives you the retail and mail-order prices of prescription drugs, shows your copay or coinsurance amount and tells you whether or not a generic substitute is available.
Once you register with Aetna Navigator, you can select specific health topics to view on your personalized Navigator home page. You'll also receive e-mail reminders when tests and inoculations are due for you or a covered family member.
This member self-service center is where you can take care of personal health benefits business – at any time of the day or night. Members can:
- See who is covered under the plan;
- View a summary of your medical benefits;
- View your ID card online and print out a copy or request a new card, if necessary;
- Change your PCP, and;
- View, download and print Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements that show how your benefits were determined.
